Glenn N. Deans is co-founder of Deans•Archer & Co. Mr. Deans received his MBA in Financial Management from Pace University and his B.S. Degree in Accounting from New York University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs, where he serves on various technical committees, including the committee on Sports and Entertainment.
For eleven years prior to his association with Deans•Archer & Co., Mr. Deans was partner with Mitchell/Titus & Co., Certified Public Accountants and Consultants.
During his tenure at Mitchell/Titus, Mr. Deans provided a range of services to varying type of clientele. His clientele included corporations with the private and public sector, from non-for-profit to privately held corporations. Mr. Deans has also been involved in providing professional financial advice to individuals, some of whom are in the sports and entertainment industries.
In serving the community, he is treasurer for the Board of Directors for the New York Urban League. Mr. Deans also serves on the Board of the INN, an organization that provides food and shelter for the homeless, the Institute for Community Development, which provides innovative educational opportunities for youth at risk, and the Veterans Leadership Program which assists veterans in obtaining job skills and starting their own businesses.
Michael O. Archer, CPA

Michael O. Archer, the firm’s co-founder, is a former Senior Manger of Mitchell/Titus & Co. He has over fourteen years experience, including eight years with Mitchell/Titus and three years with a “Big Six Firm.”
He holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and is certified in New York State. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
In addition to being well qualified in all areas of accounting, Mr. Archer has extensive experience in the publishing industry and the insurance industry. Also, he is highly qualified in handling public benefit corporations, not-for-profit organizations and pension plans. His community services include treasure in the Suffolk Coalition of Minority Business Enterprises.
Olatunde H. Oniyide, CPA

Mr. Oniyide who has over ten years experience in both private and public accounting, was a former revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service.
He holds a BBA Degree in Accounting from Bernard Baruch College of CUNY, and a MSC Degree in Economics and Finance from Lehman College of CUNY. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. His community services including serving as the President of the African Emigrant Association of New York City, Inc.
